Efficient Enterprise Builds: Maven with Nexus, m2eclipse, and Mercury
Abstract
Jason van Zyl will introduce the approach and architecture of Maven and show the audience how to use Nexus to both publish build artifacts and proxy remote repositories. Jason will also demonstrate some of the compelling features of m2eclipse such as searching a remote repository index for an artifact and materializing an open source project from source control. Jason will also give a brief overview of Mercury, an effort to create a general purpose tool to interact with Maven, P2, and GEM repositories.
