Speaker Template

Attached you will find the Devoxx 2008 template (available in Keynote and PowerPoint). Other formats are available upon request.

• Screen Resolution
  The maximum resolution for demo's is preferably 1024*768 if you wish to have a good readable online demo ! Slides-only presentations can use a much higher resolution !

• Demos
  The Demo slide should be used before each demo, so we've a good indication during post-processing. If possible try to group all of your demos in one block.
  Please show the demo slide before actually starting the demo. This facilitates the post-processing.

• Hardware
  All speakers can use their own machine, using any OS, as long as you've a VGA connector. VGA Output 60 Hz! Don't do a presentation on batteries as this will result in a 'weak' VGA signal.

• Q&A
  Make sure you repeat the questions if the second mic is not used during Q&A. If not, the Q&A will not be included in the 'online' version.

• Your presentation
  We will use digital clocks (LCD screens) to count the number of minutes that each speaker has available in his/her talk.me!
